Please do the following to document everything for your records and ours:

• Take photos of the package received. Capture any damage or unusal marks or issues (like a rip where items may have been removed).
• Take photos of the included items in the package (noting anything that is missing or not complete, leaks or damaged containers or lids).
• Save the envelop or box, we may need it for evidence.
• Write down every detail you can think of that would support a claim of wrongful doing, damage or theft.
• Provide the best contact details for you and times you would be available to discuss this matter.
