Refunds and Returns Policy

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any part of this transaction, please contact us and let us know within 30 days of the delivery date.

Some important facts to keep in mind and items we will need to proceed:

  • You may only see "Label has been created." Most couriers do not scan packages until it is delivered to the destination. Orders taking longer than 10-15 days are rare. Please allow 30 days from the order date. We appreciate your patience.
  • Take photos of the package and its condition when received
  • Suspicious details on the package, large rips or tears in container, evidence of leaking bottles, packages damaged by severe weather
  • Retain the packaging as evidence of the claim (damaged, opened, missing items)
  • Please contact us immediately before the end of the 5th business day after the delivery date
  • Items must be in original state it was received (containers with less than 75% of the contents are suspicious without evidence of leak on box)
  • Must be will to speak with representative to answer questions regarding your satisfaction. You will receive instructions from representative for the return.

At MFJM GROUP CO, our goal is to deliver your order safely, without damage, and gain your complete satisfaction throughout the whole process.

  • If you haven't received your order within 30 days from the order date, let us know.
  • You may see "label created" because the courier did not scan when dropped off or picked up.

If package arrives damaged or has been opened, please

  • Take pictures (rips in packaging or evidence of leaks)
  • Keep for claims


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed as soon as requirements are met. They are issued to the original payment method upon receipt of all required information. Processing times are set by each individual bank. Check with your bank to find out an estimated time and date when funds will be made available. Due to uncontrollable circumstances, we recommend exchanges or store credit where possible.
